Somewhere to sleep

lease - rent an apartment from a lobby terminal
book (rentrack) - a cheap transient flop, by the night
home (recall) - travel to your own place
  pay rent - keep it
properties (myunits) - everything you currently hold
rest (sleep) - recover, somewhere safe

Finding a place
Look for a residential lobby. Leasing there materialises a private
apartment that is yours — your storage in it persists, and home will
bring you back to it from anywhere.

A flop is the cheap option: transient, pooled, and gone when you stop
paying.

Rent is real
Miss enough payments and you are evicted; your belongings go to seizure
and can be reclaimed with redeem, for a fee, until they are liquidated.

Resting
rest recovers you, but only somewhere that qualifies as safe. You cannot
sleep off a firefight in the middle of the street.
