Descriptions are written for the moment
Room text is not canned. When you look, a language model writes the
description using the room's structure, your active perks, your faction,
and the current weather. The same corridor at dusk after a firefight
reads differently than it did at dawn.
That means look is worth repeating. It also means the first look in a
cold area may pause briefly while the description is composed — you will
see a short notice, and the prose follows.
What examine tells you depends on you
examine and analyze surface different observations depending on which
skills you have trained. A discarded servo-motor tells a Scrapper one
thing and someone with Streetwise another.
